Kyla King is a Red Seal Chef which has taken her from Whistler and Vancouver to Australia and England. Before starting her jam and preserves business, Rad Jamz, she was the head chef at a heli-ski lodge with Canadian Mountain Holidays. Growing up in East Kelowna and learning how to preserve fruits and vegetables from her parents led to Kyla’s inspiration for starting up her company. The art of preserving is slowly dying because convenience has taken over, which is exactly why Kyla wanted to bring unique quality products to the market.
