Originally from Vancouver Island, Tina started her career at 16 years old. In 2013 Tina moved to the Okanagan to work at some of the best restaurants in the valley, including Summerhill Pyramid Winery. With only having savoury experience prior to 2015, Tina started to experiment with Pastry Arts and fell in love. She is the now the owner/pastry chef of tt.bakeshop. Established in 2021, a virtual bakeshop focusing on custom cakes and holiday inspired sweets. After working many years as a chef in BC and Alberta, Lola decided to settle in Kelowna.

Lola has been working with Tina for several years. It was this partnership where she found a mutual passion for pastry. As they collaborate on various endeavours, she hopes to continue to expand her knowledge in this area.

This is Tina’s third year participating in the Bake the World a Better place fundraiser and Lola's second year.
