Brent has lived in Kelowna going on 25 years. He is currently the President at the Okanagan chapter of Canadian Culinary Federation, and one of the culinary consultants for Sysco BC for the last 16 years. During his time in the Okanagan, Brent has had the opportunity to work with and meet some amazing chefs and friends. These friendships are what makes this community so special to him! This is Brent’s third time supporting the Bake the World a Better Place fundraiser, and he is always quick to help with anything needed to ensure it is successful.

He chose a Lemon Blueberry pie this year since blueberries are a fantastic fruit in the summer, either when they are fresh off the bush or frozen to be used all year long.
