Damian got his start in the Okanagan culinary scene washing dishes at Central Kitchen and bar when he was 19 years old and he worked his way up to sous chef in just a year. Over the past 8 years Damian has worked at restaurants all over Kelowna such as Salt and Brick, The Modest Butcher, and Krafty Kitchen. He is currently the head chef at The Train Station Pub. Damian's philosophy on cooking is creating clever flavour profiles while keeping things simple. This is Damian's first year participating in the Bake the World fundraiser, and we are so excited for his Railroad Pie creation!
