This is Chef Travis's third year participating in the Bake the World a Better place pie fundraiser for COFB. Travis is the Director of Operations and Executive Corporate Chef for the Lakehouse Home Store. He trained at the Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Institute, and has over 15 years experience working as a chef in the Okanagan. His creative Maple Sugar pie topped with Candied bacon is the perfect balance of flavours!
